Further information on the data processing agreement between companies that operate a page on LinkedIn and LinkedIn as the platform operator can be found at https://de.linkedin.com/legal/l/dpa and on the Page Insights Joint Controller Addendum at https://legal.linkedin.com/pages-joint-controller-addendum. For Facebook, you can find this at https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum, as well as for Instagram, which is part of the Facebook group.

The following information relates to our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

A) THROUGH US
When you visit our social media pages, we as the operator of the site process your actions and interactions with our content. This includes, for example, the content of your messages or comments that you send to us or leave on our site, as well as the information when you like or share our posts. This may include your publicly visible profile data (e.g. your name and profile picture). Which personal data is publicly visible within the platform depends in turn on your profile settings, which you can adjust in your settings.

We use our pages to provide information about our services, our DoubleClue product, current job vacancies and company information as well as information on current related topics. We also use the platform to communicate with our followers and interested parties.

The operators also provide us with anonymous usage statistics (so-called page insights) based on actions and interactions with our page (e.g. the number of likes, shared posts, comments, etc., number of followers, reach of a post and anonymized demographic statistics on visitors and followers). Based on these usage statistics, we are able to evaluate and understand the interactions with our site and recognize usage preferences in order to address our target group as specifically as possible. We have neither influence nor access to the creation and processing of these usage statistics by the platforms or to the underlying data. This analysis is carried out by the platform operator on its own responsibility and without us being able to view the personal data of individual followers or users.

We also use anonymous usage statistics from LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram to place targeted interest-based advertisements on the respective platform or to highlight our posts for individual target groups with certain characteristics (such as company size, industry, position, interests, etc.). We have no influence on the actual display of interest-based advertisements or the highlighting of posts in your feed, as this is based on an analysis of the previous, individual profile and the usage behavior of the respective individual user by the platform operator. We cannot view the personal data of individual users; we therefore cannot merge the data used by the platforms with any personal data processed by us, nor do we obtain knowledge of the identity of the users to whom our interest-based advertisements are displayed.
