IT Support Employee
As a IT Support Employee (m/f/d) you will work in 1st level support and will be the first point of contact for our customers with technical questions and problems in the areas of network and security, Citrix applications, MS Office and other hardware and software topics.
Team leader software development
As Team Leader (m/f/d) Software Development and Deputy Head of Development, you are the right hand of the Head of Development, represent the HWS Group at the customer and support the sales team. You coordinate projects, are well-versed in agile methods and actively participate in development.
Employees in business or technical customer service
In this position as a consultant (m/f/d) you will answer business and technical customer inquiries about software programs, both in writing and by telephone. You will help to create and optimize self-service solutions, analyze customer inquiries and service processes, and contribute to product and process improvement.
BUSINESS ANALYST
As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) you can expect to gather requirements, analyze business processes, manage and analyze data and manage systems. We are looking for a creative and responsible personality with technical skills for innovative solutions.
IT SPECIALIST FOR SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Expect exciting tasks as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d): Administration of servers/clients (Windows/Linux), expertise in virtualization (especially KVM), thin client management (preferably Igel) and network protocols. Team problem solving, organization and attention to detail are key.
SPECIALIST IT-Services
As an IT Services Specialist (m/f/d), you will manage IT projects, analyze and improve IT processes and take care of the maintenance and monitoring of our IT infrastructure.
You will also be the point of contact for our customers at all levels of support and help them find solutions to their technical problems. When others give up, that’s when the fun begins for you!
Network Engineer
Your work consists of installing, configuring and managing various network devices such as switches, routers and security appliances. It is your responsibility to proactively identify and resolve problems in order to minimize potential risks in the network.
Service Delivery Manager
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the successful provision of IT services. You will also be responsible for incident, problem and change management in accordance with ITIL. You will build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and consulting and ensure that our customers are satisfied.
IT CONSULTANT MIcrosoft cloud solutions
Your tasks as an IT Consultant (m/f/d) include advising customers on Azure and M365 solutions, analyzing customer environments, developing solution concepts and supporting the sales and project management team.

Interview department
In the subject-related interview, we will go more in-depth with the information you provided about your professional qualifications. In which tool are you particularly fit, which programming languages do you know particularly well, or which tasks and challenges do you manage with links?

IT Specialist System Integration (m/w/d):
Do you solve IT and network problems with more than just a reboot of the WLAN router? As an IT specialist for system integration you are part of the internal IT team and solve all IT problems in the company. You plan and set up the IT infrastructure of HWS and our customers and administer server landscapes and databases.
IT Specialist Application Development (m/w/d):
As an IT specialist for application development, you program software solutions in various programming languages and implement customer requirements. You design ergonomic user interfaces with high usability.
Human Resources Services Manager (m/w/d):
As a personnel services manager, you are the contact person for all employees in the company and are responsible for personnel recruitment, support and development. You are the first point of contact for decision-makers and work to ensure the satisfaction of everyone involved.
