We provide qualified staff non-bureaucratically and fast. Our customers determine an employee’s utilization time and necessary know-how as well as the deployment’s underlying contract type.
From a simple supply of temporary workers to service contracts and contracts for work and labor, we devise our contracts flexibly and custom-tailored.
Our project teams consist of permanently-employed staff only, can be expanded anytime and will be supplemented according to customer requirements. An expansion of e.g. 10 members or more per project team on short notice is possible at all times. The necessary backups and redundancies are natural mechanisms for us.
Our working atmosphere is characterized by a respectful, honest and binding interaction.
This philosophy, which we pass on to our colleagues in HWS Group from the start, we also maintain when interacting with our customers.

Trainees for the jobs IT Systems Integration Specialist, IT Application Development Specialist or Human Resources Management Assistant are supported by mentors and are therefore able to work together with our project teams at a very early stage in order to promote a quick development of competences and skills.
The aim is to integrate our new colleagues into the respective project teams after their successfully completed training, and with the help of these measures create further jobs for our regional economy.
