THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL LEARN DURING YOUR APPRENTICESHIP as an IT specialist for system integration
During your training as an IT specialist for system integration, you will learn a wide range of exciting and practical skills that will prepare you perfectly for a career in IT. These include, among other things:
1. planning, setting up and maintaining IT systems
- Setting up and configuring networks and servers
- Installing and maintaining hardware and software
- Setting up operating systems and applications
2. analysing and rectifying faults
- Troubleshooting IT systems (hardware and software)
- Developing solutions to solve problems
- Documenting errors and solutions
3. supporting customers and users
- Advising and training users
- Support with the use of IT systems
- Creation of user manuals
4. security and data protection
- Implementation of security concepts
- Protecting networks and data from unauthorised access
- Ensuring compliance with legal data protection guidelines
5. project work and teamwork
- Collaboration on IT projects, e.g. when introducing new systems
- Coordination with colleagues and external partners
- Independent planning and realisation of smaller projects
- Darts with the team
During the apprenticeship, theoretical phases at vocational school alternate with practical phases in the company. This allows you to apply what you have learnt directly. Soft skills such as the ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills and customer orientation are also particularly important.
The goal: At the end of your apprenticeship, you will be a true all-rounder in the IT sector who not only understands systems, but also actively shapes them!
