In the midst of global supply chain challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, Nokia and HWS successfully overcame the challenge of providing a robust and scalable IT infrastructure for a joint customer. Through strategic planning, thorough testing and close collaboration, the project was successfully completed against all odds and the IT environment was future-proofed.

AXA Helpdesk

AXA Versicherung was dissatisfied with the innovative capacity of its IT helpdesk, which was causing inefficient processes and slow enquiry processing. AXA was looking for a flexible, automated solution to increase efficiency and reduce ticket volumes. The HWS Group analysed the weak points and implemented a specialised helpdesk, an automated real-time dashboard and an optimised password reset process.

A German fashion label was struggling with unreliable security software, leading to false positives and real threats. The HWS Group recommended a Microsoft-only security strategy with Microsoft Defender ATP and Exchange Online Protection. The result: improved IT security, reduced costs and increased productivity. The company is now focusing on a long-term partnership for cloud security monitoring.

ESAE Strategie & PAS

A sporting goods manufacturer from Herzogenaurach was facing increasing cyberattacks on privileged accounts. To better protect these, the company introduced the Microsoft ESAE framework with the HWS Group. Critical servers were reinstalled, administrative accounts were isolated and special workstations were set up for secure access. The result: improved protection against advanced threats, reduced attack surfaces and a long-term secure IT environment.
