As the European Sovereign Cloud achieves general availability and feature parity with the commercial AWS platform, we anticipate migrating appropriate workloads to this environment. Until sovereign cloud migration becomes viable, our deployments emphasize regional hosting preferences, customer-managed encryption keys, least-privilege access principles, and data minimization practices—establishing a foundation that aligns with both current compliance needs and future sovereign requirements.
